"Nice, quiet, peaceful environment and of course nearby to USM main campus."

Can have a breakfast at nearby shop so it is convenient like KFC and inside Lotus Food court.

Strategic location to USM

The room is dirty. Hairs from previous tenant, lamp with dust and air conditioner is not cold despite lowering to 18 degrees.

Location just in front of the USM. Also easily to find stores and restaurants.

Single bed might a little bit small for a 6 feet tall man.
