Interior design and facilities were good, had a shared kitchen and outdoor space that had an airbnb feel with friendly staff.

The fact that we have to remove our shoes before going to our rooms (unhygienic). The tv wasn’t working, towels were stained and they threw away my travel facial samples when they were only used halfway….they could’ve just emptied the bin and not touched anything else. Location is good but it can get noisy at night since there are a lot of bars nearby.

The room is large and very comfortable. I love the bathtub, it is huge and they give u 2 bath bomb. The bed is big with comfortable pillows. The hotel itself is situated at a good location with a lot of food around and also easy to get to all the museums. Staff were friendly.

Every night you will be hearing music's from the bars nearby or downstairs. There is no kettle in the room, you need to go out to the kitchen area and make ur coffee or tea, a bit of inconvenient. Ironing board and iron is also provided but outside of your room. So u need to take it them when needed.

The hot water of bath tub is not continuously.

Wifi is a bit patchy. Netflix is available but didn’t work (staff came by but couldn’t resolve the connection issue either).

The aircon was leaking water and my partner and I had to move to another alliance hotel (free of charge at least) but it’s still quite troublesome

La habitación y las instalaciones del hotel comodisimas. Muy acogedor y limpio. Buena localización en el centro de la ciudad: bares, restaurantes, supermercados y sitios de interés quedan muy cerca.

No hay recepción 24h y a la hora de hacer el check out fue un poco caos. Recomiendo avisarles con antelación.
