The room was spacious and always clean. I didn't go try the breakfast as I brought my own or used their attached restaurant.

Updated toilets (taller for us older folks) and taller chairs and tables would be nice as well. No real complaints though.

Breakfast was great. It is made to order, no standing in line to get a waffle you have to make yourself. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean.

The hotel is a little outdated. It could use a remodel. The sinks and tubs don't drain well, so we stood in ankle deep water during our showers. It just shows overall signs of being an older hotel.
