Hotel Sree Gokulam Apartments

I did not take any food inside then Hotel

The app is not clear in its communication. We are kept in dark on so many issues. Like dates tarriff no of days etc., also whether cards are acceptible

The rooms were neat and clean . The staff was good.

Some of the plug points were not working. The hot water facility was not working properly. Though the staff attended the complait they should improve the maintenance.

Room was not worth the price. AC was not working.

AC not working. Price high compared to the location

It was clean and staffs were helping. There was a nice sofa chair in the double bed room

Heater was not working, so there was no hot water. But the staff helped me in getting hot water from from next door in bucket. They said there is no Wi-Fi in the fourth floor. Late check out was not possible by paying also,they said have to pay the whole another day if I need to extend for another 2hrs even though I checked only in the morning and ready to pay some additional amount. Which some of the major hotels nearby said possible by paying Rs 100 per hour. Water was in a refilled glass bottle,normally most of the hotels give sealed mineral water bottle.
