Location-wise, this hotel is great, with good restaurants and food options. The reception staff is very helpful and courteous. However, if you're looking for a peaceful stay, you might want to consider another option. The hotel is situated on a busy main road, and the constant traffic noise from vehicle horns can be quite disturbing, making it difficult to sleep day or night. This issue is particularly noticeable in front-side rooms, especially those above the main entrance and lobby that face the road. I'm unsure about the rooms on other sides. A potential solution could be replacing the window glass with soundproof double glazing (Acoustic Window) I hope the management takes this issue seriously. A major concern is the lack of security measures, particularly with the elevators. There's no key card or magstripe system, which means anyone can access any floor at any time. I strongly recommend installing a key card system in the elevators as soon as possible for guest safety. On a separate note, I noticed the bathroom doors are fixed incorrectly—they currently open towards the wash basin instead of the WC side. It would be good to rectify this.
