This is a really cute place and very comfortable.

It is a pretty closed off environment. A couple was fighting at 6 am and the whole place could hear it very loudly.

The style entering

It rained on our first night, and water came through the AC and the ceiling as well. It was landing on our faces as we slept. It was raining hard that night. I called to inform them the next morning. They sent the cleaning lady to check it out, but she didn't seem to believe us, and no one followed up. They didn't at least change us rooms. Additionally, the room was tiny, and the fridge and microwave were located separately in the kitchen downstairs.

It was a quiet nice place, the bed was comfortable, the place was nice and clean. They gave you a code to reach the front door as well as a code to get into your room. No need to speak to anyone for the check in. Close to bars as well as night life, would diffidently stay here again.

There was nothing to say here. I liked all of it.

Good location , close to nice restaurants and bars, close to historic buildings.

It wasn't very clean , the rags were dirty, there were a few pieces of broken glass in one corner and pieces of dirt, I also found a long hair in my bed that wasn't mine. There were black mold stains above the upper bed on the wall and also a black stain (not sure of what) on one of the sink corners. The shower had very very bad water pressure, and there was no internet connection. The door is mainly made of glass and so is another small wondow above, it doesnt have any shatters and there is light that is coming from outside at all times plus even more automatic light when people are coming in, its very hard to sleep like that, people are coming in at all hours of day and night , there is light going on and off all the time in our room and you can hear everyone, especially on the first floor right next to the entrance, we had very bad sleeping experience.

Overall great place to stay!

That some guests cone at sleeping tine and they ring the bell and i waked up.

Best location in the city. Loved the design and vibe. Breakfast was a nice extra though after a week I wanted more choices.

There should be shades in each room so you can decide how much light you want in the morning. People ringing the doorbell who don't know how to get in is annoying - there should be instructions or a phone number to call after hours.

We love the location, Colonia American is our favorite neighborhood.

Next time we’ll ask for a room far from the street, it was a little bit noisy!

Location

Steep steps up to a loft for one person and this person was 65 years old. The map was illegible because print is too light. No one was there,, everything is automated. no coffee or beverages. No breakfast on premises. Had to find some other place near by, if you wanted breakfast.
