It was amazing, the onsen was amaaaaazing!! Perfect For after exploring the island Amazing staff

The curtains in the room are not a black out, so I was awake early - that's just my preference.

lovely location, very clean, nice extra touches (free drinks and ice creams), relaxing onsen

The road to the hotel was not great for pedestrians. I wish we had known about the free shuttle from the station. Also, you needed to make dinner reservations TWO days in advance which was hopeless for a 2 night stay. Breakfast also needed to be booked the day before. It would have been better to have made this more clear on the Booking.com site The room was very compact and just didn't seem to have enough convenient coat hooks/storage.

"Pleasant stay, lovely area"

Lovely tradition rooms, with a stunning view of the Island. Well equipped and comfortable.

Couldn’t eat at the hotel, had to book 48 hours in advance, we were too tired to look closer to the town centre. No private baths

Pięknie usytuowany hotel nad samą wodą z widokiem na wyspę Miyajima. Niesamowicie dużo udogodnień dla gości. Bardzo miły personel. Czysto i komfortowo. Urozmaicone śniadanie. Transfer hotelowy na stację kolejową.

Piesze wyprawy z hotelu trochę problematyczne z powodu braku wydzielonego chodnika, trzeba iść poboczem, co z uwagi na intensywny ruch samochodowy nie jest komfortowe.
