Very comfortable place with everything available to make your trip easy. The onsen is very nice.

There was nothing problematic, the hotel is very quiet, the bathroom was quite small and the staff was nice but not very confortable with English.

Friendly and attentive staff, and a useful shuttle bus service to the local station. The room was clean, and there is a complimentary drinks area with coffee, teas and other soft drinks.

You have to reserve two days early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel, which we didn't know. Thankfully there are local restaurants though.
