Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was impeccably clean, and the cabin was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel staff were lovely at all times—always attentive and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with variety, good quality, and a very pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I especially want to highlight Marta, the owner, who offers a very personalized service. She takes the time to get to know you and, based on your tastes and preferences, recommends tourist spots, restaurants, and excursions that are truly worthwhile. Her dedication makes a big difference and makes the experience even more special. Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, y la cabaña era amplia, cómoda y muy bien cuidada. El personal del hotel fue encantador en todo momento, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno fue excelente, con variedad, buena calidad y un ambiente muy agradable para empezar el día. Quiero destacar especialmente a Marta, la propietaria, que ofrece un trato muy personalizado. Se toma el tiempo de conocerte y, en base a tus gustos y preferencias, te recomienda puntos turísticos, restaurantes y excursiones que realmente valen la pena. Su dedicación marca una gran diferencia y hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial.

An absolutely wonderful stay in Kuta Lombok. The team was kind and attentive, the room was beautiful and spotless, and everything felt perfectly taken care of. Marta, the owner, truly made the difference—always there when needed and an incredible host. Highly recommended.

Brilliant stay at Marta's Windows - Marta and her team are so welcoming and helpful! The location is ideal for walking into heart of Kuta and is so lovely to stay in (clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere while feeling like an oasis). I would recommend this to anyone staying in Kuta Lombok

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns immer wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab eine gute Auswahl. Wir konnten die Besitzerin persönlich kennenlernen, man merkte sofort, dass ihr die Gäste wichtig waren. Die Unterkunft war zudem sauber und ordentlich. Besonders positiv war die Kommunikation. Wir konnten spontan noch eine Nacht verlängern und einen Transport für den nächsten Tag organisieren. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen.

Vielleicht dass es nachts ein wenig laut war, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Dafür gab es Ohrenstöpsel :)

Excellent séjour à Martas Windows ! Établissement très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. L’accueil est chaleureux, et surtout un immense merci à Martas et à toute son équipe : toujours disponibles, attentifs et de très bons conseils pour organiser les activités et profiter au mieux du séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate du centre, des écoles de surf et de nombreux restaurants, tout se fait facilement à pied. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Our stay was absolutely perfect — 10/10 in every way! Marta is truly an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely cares about her guests having the best possible experience. She went above and beyond to help us, always available with a smile and the best recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore in the area — advice that made our trip even more special. Her staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. You can really tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality — nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about hosting. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone, and we would love to come back in the future.
