The staff were friendly enough.

Massive building site right outside where the sunset views were meant to be. Major construction work taking place from 0700-2000.

good food, spacious room and nice staff

bed was rock solid, construction noise loud in the morning and just not the nicest experience

I stayed just one night and everything was perfect. The staff was very kind and efficient, the free shuttle was a welcome bonus, and the food was good, as was the cleanliness. I've read some negative reviews about the property, but I don't understand why guests write such negative things. I didn't encounter any written issues. I will definitely be back.

We did not stay because we did not feel safe. The staff were very nice and gave us a full refund.

This building should be condemned. The elevator is super rickety, slow and exposed- There is no stair case or emergency fire exits. The building leans into a steep hill slope. We have lived through a big earthquake and we were instantly anxious when we arrived. We did go up to the rooms on 4th floor, and then left immediately.
