Clean facility, helpful staff.

Room safes not secured to anything and can be removed from the rooms easily. If they don't have a full booking, they will not serve a breakfast buffet. They'll attempt to just make you items a la carte, with a greatly reduced menu. No coffee at breakfast. This hotel seems geared solely for Chinese tourists.

Room was clean, good water pressure, drinking water provided in room. Breakfast buffet options.

Location, not all that convenient for Pattaya nightlife, was about 80tHB grab yo and from city centre, but still great value for money spent.

The location, the spacious room and comfy beds and the parking. I love how clean the rooms are (floors are mopped daily) and the huge space/balcony on one side of the family room.

I wish they had coffee in the room. It would also be nice to hae some spoons and forks and plates in the room but not really a deal breaker.

"This hotel provided excellent overnight accommodation - clean and centrally located."

Room was very clean, beds comfortable and breakfast excellent. The location is central and so with a car you can get into Pattaya or reach Jontiem Beach easily. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't really like about this hotel - we would stay again!
