The front desk operates from 08:00 to 22:00 daily. Guests arriving outside these hours must inform and coordinate key collection with the property in advance. Keys must be returned to the front desk. Lost keys will incur on a charge of USD $30 or CLP $20,000 Of planning to pay using an international credit card, the property recommends to bring cash in USD (as sometimes the POS connection presents some problems). The swimming pool is reserved for guest use only. Non-guests using the swimming pool will be fined accordingly. Hot Tub use must be reserved a minimum of 8 hours in advance. Cots can be requested in rooms and are subject to availability. Bungalows cannot accommodate a cot. Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 10:30 everyday all year round. Please note the restaurant operates during the summer and winter seasons only.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
