"Great hotel would stay again with a little more compassion to their guest"

Lift ‘ bed’ breakfast were all great

The reception lady not the greatest she made us wait to go to the toilet until we’re checked in and she showed us to our room she said they were still wet down stairs I hope one day someone does the same thing to her

"Good Excellent short-stay accommodation with very handy restaurant."

Very clean and comfortable, located right in the centre of town with a very good attached restaurant. Staff were great, particularly the head-lady who seems to wear many hats. Continental breakfast provided but you need to be okay with eating it from your lap. Off-street parking if you’re quick enough.

There is nothing about the hotel that we would complain about.

"All in all we have a wonderful stay."

The central location was terrific. The hotel was beautiful with many original features. The staff were wonderful. The cooked breakfast in the dining room was reasonably priced and delicious.

We were originally placed in a beautiful room directly above the kitchen and sadly could continually smell cooking oil even with the window shut and the AC on. When I mentioned it to staff after the first night they were very understanding and relocated us to another room without hesitation. A small irritation was the TV in the both bedrooms kept loosing signal.

"Charming accommodation with an on-site restaurant and bar."

The warm welcome of staff, the accommodation upgrade to the Deluxe King corner room. Comfortable bed, old world charm with the fireplace, tall windows giving heaps of natural light. The restaurant serves delicious meals.too.

A very small detail: substitute the faux plant with a living plant, such as a jade / succulent. It adds another 'extra' to the luxurious room.

Very friendly staff in a comfortable environment. Excellent continental breakfast included free. On site restaurant with great meals and good ambience. Central to town with all facilities within walking distance in a heritage hotel. Highly recommended.
