Hotel Fort o Bel

The room and sheets were clean. It has a very small TV with cable, a non-functional fridge (minibar), and air conditioning. The accommodation also included a little balcony with a view of the Rocks, which are not lit up at night, so there is nothing to see but complete blackness.

The stay is pricey for this type of accommodation. Drinks in the lobby aren't worth the price of self-service. Sometimes there is no staff in the hostel. My interactions with the host were brief and gumpy.

The food was really good.

The service was shocking. The landlady was not welcoming at all and doesn's deserve custom with her attitude.

There is nothing I liked here, only because of the hotel location I give one star. Not to mention that same night upon check in, I have received a terrible allergy after dining at their hotel restaurant. Breakfast was of poor choice as soon as I read their menu on the night before. Hence, I haven't used it. Grumpy couple were operating the reception and the restaurant at the same time and there was no welcome/no goodbye attitude. I was able to pay via card for my night, but refused to pay via card but cash at the restaurant which is a door away from the reception!!

The carpet at the hotel room stinks badly, beds were not comfortable and the bedding was awful. Not to mention, there were no soap, no shampoo in the bathroom and no proper water to take a shower. You could hear from both sides of the room voices of other guests in the other rooms, which made obvious the walls are extremely thin and you could hear if someone is snoring the room next to you. I didn't like the attitude of the host, no customer service at all (I guess they never heard of it) therefore I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs!!Not worth the money - not worth my nerves there
