Hotel Fort o Bel

Comfortable and soft bed, Good location for visiting the Belogradchik rocks and castle, There's a terrace, You can park your car in front of the hotel free of charge, Warm room, Soft carpet. Overall not bad for a 1-2 night stay considering the good location.

The staff at the restaurant charged my foreign friend way too much than the actual price for a bottle of water and a coffee, The bathroom floor was very slippy, Bad wi-fi connection.

Temperature - it was freezing cold and you cannot heat up a room with a defective airco when all the walls are icy cold.

Lack of staff, rude staff. Mold in the bathroom, bad and collapsed mattresses. Hygiene is at a mediocre level

This is the best location for visiting the Castle and the cuisine in the restaurant is good. The rooms are clean, of decent size and everything is working properly.

A shower headset is missing.
