It was not a family hotel.not advisable stay with family

Manager was good.

Nothing, just the property location.

The rooms and washrooms were very dirty.The floors were never wiped only sweeped. Hairs lying around the floors. Changed 3 rooms but none of them were good. Didn't even give a water bottle which usually not chargeable.The receptionist was good. The price is much more than what it's proving.

Facilities is sufficient. Cleanliness is sufficient.

Staff doesn't provide water or towel unless I asked them until next day. The manager refused to check in intake citing low tarrif even though i had made part payment. I had to talk to the owner in the night to get myself checked in with my fiancee.

Nothing

Hotel staff was rude. They list property on various sites and various rates. When someone book and pay upfront they star calling u and saying that you book the rooms at low rates and need to pay extra amount at time of check-in. This is the drama they did to me. Also my room was not ready to check-in at 10 pm, when their check in time was 12 pm, they had 10 hours to prepare room, still it wasn't ready. They are just money minded freaky people, asking to change they room at 11pm.

Cleanliness

Location....too much far away from main market beach.

The hotel staff was helpful, the facilities provided were decent and the rooms were small but comfortable.

Outside food is not allowed
