Location.

Staff behaviour was very rude.. especially the front desk guy. Wifi was not working. I had to attend an office meeting but couldn't. when asked about wifi they said we have raised a complaint and it will take 24 hours . So after i had checked out. Towels were not provided. They said they have given it to the laundry. The food was over priced. But the most important issue i faced was the behaviour of the front desk guy. He was talking like stay if u like or else move out.. told us you booked through an online portal hence he couldn't provide all facilities.
