Room was clean and spacious.

There was no drinking water facility. There is a bar under the building which is very unsafe and someone drunk knocked the door at midnight.

Can be managed better…more chaotic and looks like beginners are managing

Almost all factors need REVAMP

Behaviour of staff

The AC was not working, on asking the staff they asked us to open the window and for a day we stayed without AC. There was no hot water supply and on enquiring they said it’s not working, they told to provide with immersion rod and later they didn’t give one. The water was not there in the wash basin tap and on complaining about anything they would just put on us or give us an uncomfortable solution We were shifted to new room the next day which again had issues, the curtain was broken which compromised our privacy at night. The wifi was not working so we couldn’t access it or watch TV The manager was very incooperative I demand refund for staying in a non working AC room when the room was hot

They didn't provide the breakfast which was included during booking as complimentary for 2 days.

No one was there in the reception desk during check-in & checkout time. I waited for the receptionist in the reception desk for more than one hour during checkin. The contact number which they have given in the reception desk won't attend the call. The Hotel didn't provide the bill for room rent. The staff in the restaurant charges more than the actual price in the menu for food.

The rooms given were very small and very unhygienic and there is no parking facility also and the staff sir also unresponsive will not recommend anybody to stay here There were many roaches in the room.
