The place was good, it is close to many stores and markets so it made it easier to stay there, people were nice and didn't disturb unnecessarily

Reception staff were helpful and friendly

From midnight until 2am the owner and another were still in the bar drinking and being loud, going outside to smoke and their voices carrying up to the rooms, car doors slamming, and heated discussion going on. At 2am I had to get up and ask them to turn the TV and their voices down - this is totally unacceptable and unbelievable that they carried on like this. Smoke detector in the room is disabled....

The staff. So kind and helpful.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff lovely and kind.

Just having one pillow. Could do with two each.

Great location, easy access and comfortable beds.

We are staying here for a 3rd time and the room is always freezing cold when entering. Additionally, there is a smoke smell in the hall and some of the rooms.
