Experienta noastra a fost extrem de dezamagitoare. Am fost un grup de 9 persoane si, din pacate, aproape nimic nu a fost conform asteptarilor. Camera in care am stat (2 adulti si 2 copii) era foarte prost echipata: mobilier vechi, miros puternic de mucegai, doua paturi de o persoana si doua fotolii care se desfacute pe jumatate si nu puteau fi folosite corespunzator. Lenjeriile erau foarte uzate, iar prosoapele din camera aratau atat de rau incat am dormit pe prosoapele aduse de noi, de teama sa nu ne imbolnavim. Piscina a fost o alta mare problema. Angajatul de la piscina statea practic cu ochii pe noi si ne certa daca stateam cu copiii in piscina mare, insistand sa mergem doar in cea pentru copii, ceea ce a fost foarte deranjant. Mancarea a fost sub orice critica. Trei persoane din grup au avut dureri de stomac si varsaturi dupa ce au mancat. Calitatea mancarii si modul in care era servita au fost foarte slabe. Per total, locatia arata neingrijit, conditiile de cazare sunt foarte proaste, iar serviciile lasa mult de dorit. Nu recomand sub nicio forma aceasta unitate de cazare.

The swimming pool was the only thing that was ok. We all liked it because it was ok by dimension, the water was clean with no smells and with enough beach chairs.

1. The menu they presents before the meal time has almost nothing in common with the meal they will prepare. 2. The food was very limited by options and some of them were old (ex: at lunch they had ham or salami that was exposed in the morning. All the food was cold, even the soup (yes, the soup, because they had only one type of soup at lunch). Only some type of chicken or pork meat is made in only one way. The fruits were limited or time degradeted in 80% of situations. Apples, peaces and grapes war in good condition...of course only one of them was pressent at one meal. The pasta is just boiled pasta with no sauce added, maybe just a very small quantity of smashed tomatoes. If we had something ok to eat in the morning because that is the only acceptable meal of the day, after lunch or dinner we had to go to a restaurant to eat something ok or take some snacks so the childrens could be ok. 3. The drinks have a bad or suspicious taste (ex: beer is with no acid, cola and spite are very sweet like mineral water with a lot of sugar, wine is bad at taste, coffee tastes bad...and i can continue to argue). 4. The rooms were not cleaned at all. They only came to make the beds. No shower gel added after a day and we had a problem with no towels at our arrival. I had to complain 4 times so they could bring us some. No cleaning in the bathroom at all in a 3 night stay. Water from the toilet was leaking on the floor. The doors from the bathrooms were in very bad condition, with the ornaments pumped out by humidities. The beds are in very bad conditions...if you move, they make a lot of noise like cracking or spring breaking up, I am very sad because a did not take photos from the rooms but i will do it evry time from now on in such type of situation. 5. The fitness center that appears in the facilities description they said is not ready yet so you cannot benefit from it. 6. Belonging to the time we were in 3, 4 and 5 hotel stars many times.

Nu s-au schimbat prosoapele în 6 zile decât o dată. Este prea puțin. Măcar la 2-3 zile .
