The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests with courtesy. The pool was big, looked great and was very well maintained - the pool was the highlight of our stay. Poolside music was really nice (well aimed at UK tourists of our age!) and at the right level to be relaxing. Beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk but when we went there the beach area was quite noisy so it was actually better to be at a distance. Hotel was very quiet - we slept well. Rooms and apartments are well equipped and have AC. Nice balcony that overlooked the pool and had a sea view.

The dinner buffet was fine for the adults in our group - decent choice and all the food was enjoyable, the salad fresh, there were some traditional Bulgarian options etc so we were happy - but some of the kids are fussy eaters and they couldn't always find a lot that they wanted to eat. Some kid-friendly options like pizza/pasta available every day would be good. (There were pizza and pasta some days, but on the other days our kids complained about lack of choice.) Also we would have preferred the poolside terrace to be non-smoking. But these are very minor quibbles - we really liked the hotel.

A beautiful pool. There is a restaurant that works until 22:30. A good location.

My wish that for a 4 star hotel there has to be a tea pot and some drinking water.

They dont respect the rooms book.The reservation was for 2 apartms and at the receptions inform us that all that they have are 2 double rooms.

Локация, паркинг са добри. Не успяха да ми издадат фактура на място, но ми изпратиха в последствие.

Чаршафите не са съвместими с матраците. За детско легло са.

The receptionist ( curly lady) was very unprofessional and very rude. The receptionist that covered night, was kind even though none spoke good English or at the level of four star hotel receptionist. Maybe they just pretended they didn’t understand, so they didn’t have to explain why my bathroom sink was covered in vomit . I am not a fussy person, but when I pay for 4 star, I want a four star not a public toilet. The experience was bad from the beginning.After waiting in line behind a customer to check in, she decided to serve and deal with the people being us, people that just entered the door while we’ve been waiting for haft an hour in the queue. Overall the room was clean, but the single beds” were actually for a child size not for an adult and the sink in the bathroom was covered in dry vomit . Please see the pictures below. This is not a four star hotel, not even two. I do not recommend. The pool area was clean and the waitress in the restaurant was very nice and helpful.
