Possibly to try to assist better overseas patrons. I picked up a ticket fron the traffic police and only way to pay wass scan the QR code. It was all in German and some assistance was required but not given. This is understandable of course!

Wifi

The dining room and front desk combined in one room is not a good idea! If there are any discrepancies about the room/rate/ reservation, etc., why would the public in the dining area have to listen to any of the above-mentioned discrepancies? And believe me, we were witnesses to such drama. One customer had complained about his reservation, on and on, while the front desk clerk tried, unfortunately, to reason with the guest, who in turn did not want to know about it. This went on for about 20 minutes or more until the manager or owner got involved, and that was plain ugly!! I'm not pointing a finger at one or the other; just do yourself a favor and find a different place for the front desk. We experienced a simmerly experience when we arrived from overseas 8 or 9days prior

Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only challenge was getting into our room; the key/door knob was difficult to deal with.

Didn’t like the in-room instant coffee. The restaurant coffee was wonderful!
