"I would definitely come back to this hotel again, that could be my one stop in Jan Kemp!!!"

The breakfast was amazing, complete and filling. I even got a nice vegetarian dish as I had requested. The location of the hotel is also ok. The hostess (Joanna) is an amazing host...keep it up!!! The rest of the staff are also superb, friendly and professional. The bedding was clean and fresh. The complementary water is superb and the add ons are also great.

The door to the bathroom had a squeaky irritating sound when opening and closing it. Closer maintenance must be done on doors even just oiling will help. The instructions on the expresso machine were not clear and hence i could not use and there was no contact number to ask or for any queries. There were no instructions on how to use the TV hence I tried to put it on and could not watch anything.

"The best hotel!"

The room was beautiful, luxurious and spacious. It was very clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room had a beautiful view. The breakfast spread was delicious and they even brought it to the room upon request. I could not enjoy the other hotel amenities such as the restaurant and gentlemens club due to time but they were very beautiful and clean.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
