HYDERS PARK- THE LUXURY HOTEL

I went to hyderspark hotel just one day before. The hotel is excellent and peaceful place. Family with kids or couples can go there and enjoy with pleasant mind. All services room, food, cleaning are very nice and super. So, let's go there and enjoy.

It was an excellent peaceful stay with my family here.... The hotel is very well maintained clean rooms and an excellent ambience. The staffs were very courteous and the food taste was amazing..... Definitely would suggest everyone to visit here and enjoy atleast once out of our busy schedules.

Only one lady at the reception was polite and helped to the extent possible and was kind enough to get us RO water in a 5litre bottle. Otherwise we kept having to ask them to keep refilling the single jug kept in a room for 4 adults

From the moment we entered the hotel the bad experience began. Booked a suite for 4 people and had paid half the booking amount beforehand. Had informed the hotel 4hours in advance of our arrival time and number of members. Yet they only had 2 towels and 1 set of toiletries. The bed sheets were soiled. There were no room slippers in a luxury hotel and we were told to buy from outside which we did since it is a hill station. Every time we had to follow up for basic service and replenishment of water at least 3 times before it was done. In the morning there was no hot water. They served breakfast at 9 that too after several of us guests went to the Dining area and complained about the delay. Our entire days schedule was delayed because of this. I complained to booking.com and Joseph from customer support tried contacting them but the hotel didn't respond or answer his call. Joseph sent an email to the hotel too for a refund/discount of INR 2159 but the hotel denied this completely. When I went to checkout and asked for the final bill with the discount the rude manager Ansari had the audacity to say that we were cheating them. He was very offensive so I left the hotel without paying the remaining and will make the final payment through booking.com. I will never advise anyone to even consider this hotel ever. Every single guest at this hotel has been shouting and complaining at the reception since we arrived. Terrible experience ever in any hotel and pathetic service. Definitely not worth being even a 2 star property let alone a luxury hotel. Their resturant is not functional and even in the complimentary Veg breakfast, they have restrictions on number of items one can consume such as a Vada. The most unprofessional hotel I have ever seen!
