"Bruton Resort- An extremely shabby experience"

I had booked a double deluxe room and am pretty much sure, they put me in an inferior one. The property is a heritage one. Rooms are extremely shabby, even one window of my room on ground floor didn't have curtains. The bed linen was not fresh and they didn't change it even after my request. We had booked 2 rooms, both had smells coming from the toilet. Entire property lacks maintenance. Breakfast spread is limited to 3 south indian dishes only and they don't eevn serve breads or omelette. Service is slow. Overall very bad experience and it's not worth spending money on this property.

The atmosphere was good. Location is good.

Breakfast was very ordinary. No room service. No intercom system. No wifi. Bathroom sinks were broken and water leaking in the taps.
