Stairs to reach the room

The walls were thin as paper, you can hear everything from the rooms next to you. A bug crawled on me and i couldn't sleep for the rest of the night thinking it's a bed bug, after coming home i threw away most my stuff and had to take strict measures to avoid an infestation. The bedding and the covers looked like they were from someone's teenage kid's room and not hotel worthy. The room was extremely small.

Close to the hospital. Checked in early.

Checked out early with no luggage storage. Felt like a take your stuff and go situation.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Staff spoke good English (my German is very limited). The room was very comfortable and quiet despite being at the front of the hotel by the roundabout. It is not a busy road at all so did not affect the quality of my sleep even with the windows open all night. Breakfast was good, a selection of cheeses, meats and bread, boiled egg and coffee already on the table at the time selected the night before.

There was bottled water provided in the room (always welcome) but no bottle opener to get the lid off, only realised this in the morning when going down to breakfast so didn't make it an issue. Also, no spare toilet roll in bathroom, could do with an additional one provided as standard.

- the staff was not there after work as promised , so i stood outsidd 30 min and freezing . - in the room sleeping was not possible as woofer sound were auditable until 23.30 and from 06.00 in the morning . -A hair in the bathroom sink.
