The place is so natural and nice.

The fact that water is only put for check in, if you stay for more than one night they dont put water after cleaning.

"Good infrastructure, poor service"

Clean, infrastructure still good. Last went in 2013 and it still looks good.

Staff service was poor. You had to look for staff to take orders for drinks and food. The worst part I experienced was at the main entrance when a staff shuttle driver had parked in front of the entrance and had his bare foot out the window of the shuttle

We LOVED everything about the location, the food, room, the room, and the museum !!

I just really wish the pool was warm Amazing stay but my child got sick from swimming in the cold pool! It was even freezing for myself
