location for the purpose of our stay

Smokers outside the entrance. Noise from sports teams although in fairness this stopped early in the evening and we were grateful for that. We knew it was a sports hotel so also aware there maybe some disturbance but no alternative hotel in town to stay.

the property was clean, room was spacious and bright. The host is kind and helpful. restaurant and bar available within hotel. pool table is also there. toilet was clean and accessories were available. Parkin is free. there is a lake and flowers 🌺 infront of hotel. love it.
