what can I say ? from when I arrived till I left the staff at the hotel went above and beyond . Big shout out to Bill , David and George . So friendly and helpful and really made my stay . They are the heart of this hotel . The place is absolutely spotless and food and cocktails amazing. complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room and the bed, shower and facilities were so comfortable and a million times better than other hotels I have stayed in . Room service with no extra charge was a bonus . Can’t waits to return to this hidden gem .

the only negative i could say is the pool is a little small compared to other hotels but was perfect for me .

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti! Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve ma l'hotel ci è davvero piaciuto. Ottima posizione, bella stanza, pulita, comoda e funzionale. Buona la colazione a buffet con dolce e salato. Ottima l'accoglienza alla reception e da parte della direzione. Bravi!

Really helpful friendly staff

Several blocks from the water, but I like to walk

Problems with onward transfer via ferry and subsequent necessary further overnight stay were very much helped by hotel staff.

A minor niggle but the hotel suite was subject to external traffic noise.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs and requests. We also really liked the location.

The pool was small.
