Personal could have better attitude. Tables were reserved for for the owners. At same time customers were forced to sit somewhere else

Perfect location for a weekend in the middle of nature, enough space. The large pool is only seasonal, the water is still cold, but the indoor pool as well as the small outdoor pool are heated. Sufficient and fresh breakfast, dinner as well.

The menu at the restaurant is not even in English. At the indoor pool as well as at the small outdoor one, people jump and do not take into account the fact that the space is limited and can disturb other people inside, this fact has nothing to do with the hotel staff but could be a person for supervision,

It was peaceful and quiet. Nice spa facilities. Not overcrowded. I had very good massage. Good breakfast and dinner selection. Not expensive wine list. Good surprise! We’ll go again!

The staff was very polite and ready to help. The jacuzzi outside was great and the inside pool, too. I think it would be a much better place to visit during summer, though.

The room, especially the bathroom wasn't clean and attended to. Another issue was the all-inclusive, which was from a set menu and the idea that we had to pay to swap some things around was annoying. The SPA wasn't really working- we had to ask someone /we had no idea whom, that wasn't expained/ to turn on the sauna and the steamroom wasn't an option at all.
