The reception staff members speak fluent English and are willing to help. There's no need to worry about parking. The room is spacious.

I can't find anything to complain about.

This hotel was a surprise for us!It was in an amazing location on the sides of a canal where many beautiful villas were built in a green landscape.The room was very spacious,clean and it had everything we need.Wi-Fi was good and parking outside of the hotel.Most of all we enjoyed our dinner in the hotel’s restaurant overlooking the canal!We will always remember this place!

Friendly and helpful staff, nicely decorated large rooms, comfortable beds, great shower- all incredibly clean - and a great breakfast too!

Great location

The location is excellent for people who love a calm environment. The walks/bike rides in the evening and in the morning are fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and the room (The Face) was spacious. The hotel is very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht.

The people working in the hotel are not very warm. They are professionally friendly which might be enough but I was expecting a warmer environment as the hotel is quite small. Was disappointed by the staff at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant is tasty but very overpriced. Regarding the accommodation - please check what small improvements can be done to the rooms. E.g. for the room The Face, the bathroom needs just a few small touches which would make the stay way more pleasant: add bath mats as the floors are cold (and there is no separate heating in the bathroom), add some small tables/surfaces (it is a very spacious bathroom but there is one tiny glass shelf under the mirror), there is ONE towel hanger in the bathroom (when you provide 6 towels for 2 people), you had hand soap in the shower (no shower gel or shampoo), the lights are living their own life :) (automatic lights might be a good idea but when they are functioning properly).

It was clean.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, I could'd sleep on them. Room was in general very cild and I had to sleep in clothes even with AC on heating mode. Hotel does not provide single-use sleepers, so your feet feel extremely cold. Absence of 24/7 reception is definitely a problem. I arrived late at night and was not able to even find my own room, as doors have no number sign on them.
