Air Hotel

Отличный отель для ночёвки перед вылетом. Обязательно ещё раз остановимся. Очень понравились девушки на ресепшене. Хотя и не разговаривают на русском - переводили чётко!!!

Arti orouosto , aplankėme Kauną ir išsimiegojome ,rytinis reisas.

Trivietis kambarys ,turėtu būti trys vienodos lovos. Antras jeigu arbatinukas yra tai turi būti arbatos ir kavos pakuotės ,jų nėra . Kituose kambariuose arbatinuko nėra . Pirma karta kiek aš buvau apsistojęs viešbutį visur būdavo, šitam viešbutį nėra .

Puiki vieta, prie pat oro uosto.

Kainos ir kokybės santykis labai prastas.

Magnificent architecture, beautiful and impeccably maintained grounds, and a truly special atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The Royal Pool Villa exceeded all our expectations: spacious, private, with its own pool and a genuine sense of luxury and comfort. It is one of the best accommodation experiences we have had in many years of travelling. The hotel clearly reflects great attention to detail and passion from its owners, which is why we would happily recommend it to other guests.

The only area that, in our opinion, did not fully match the otherwise exceptional standard of the hotel was breakfast. Although the buffet initially appeared extensive, the selection of quality products was rather limited and changed very little from day to day. We also felt that some members of the staff tended to take perfectly reasonable guest requests too personally. After we politely asked if we could choose our own table in an almost empty restaurant, the attitude of one staff member noticeably changed. Even a simple “good morning” was no longer offered, creating the impression that a normal guest preference had been perceived as a personal offence rather than being handled professionally. In addition, maintenance activities involving hoses and equipment regularly took place around the restaurant during breakfast hours, disrupting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Eventually, we even considered ordering breakfast to our villa, not for additional luxury, but simply to avoid starting the day with unnecessary tension.
