"TOTALNA STRATA PIENIĘDZY I NIEBEZPIECZNE POKOJE!!!"

Śniadanie było dobre i tyle reszta pobytu to masakra.

Nie zabezpieczone/zepsute kable w każdym z uzywanych pokojów. Apartament rodzinny nie dla rodzin i zostałam zmuszona wykupić nowy pokój. W opisie apartamentu była wanna jednak na miejscu okazało się że był prysznic w tym pokoju co akurat udało się zamienić. Ogólnie nic nie było tak jak powinno poza śniadaniem. Nie odpowietrzone grzejnki w "apartamencie" nie dopasowane prześcieradło do łóżka które się zwijalo. Do 1 rano było słychać głośna muzyke w pokoju chyba z dołu. Ilość zepsutych kabli w pokojach zatrważająca. Mogłabym zrozumieć 1 zepsuty kabel ale nie ponad 4!!!! W 2 pokojach!!! W tym jeden z drutami na wierzchu. Na moja reklamacje zaproponowano mi darmowy pobyt w SPA co ma się ni jak do tego że żaden z pokojów w którym spałam z rodzina w tym z małymi dziećmi W OGÓLE NIE POWINIEN BYC DOPUSZCZONY DO UŻYTKU!! Mój pokój był zimny i z kablami na wierzchu!!! Recepcjonistka oczekiwała ze w nocy o północy będę składać reklamację ze śpiącym dzieckiem w łóżku kiedy lot powrotny był następnego dnia. NIE POLECAM!!!

"Świetne miejsce do zrelaksowania"

Świetny i niedrogi hotel na weekendowy chillout. Przyjemna strefa spa niemal w cenie, możliwość skorzystania z dodatkowego masażu (żona bardzo sobie chwaliła:)), śniadania, które naprawę powinny zadowolić każdego. Do tego dosłownie kilometr do Puszczy Niepołomickiej czy samych Niepołomic, blisko Wieliczki, Krakowa. Naprawdę dobre miejsce na naładowanie życiowych baterii.
