Der Kinderpool war super und neu mit Textilsauna. Das Zimmer und die Zimmergröße waren gut.

Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter war eher dürftig. Zum Beispiel wurde das Frühstücksbuffet nur bis 9 Uhr aufgefüllt, obwohl es bis 10:30 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Das Essen im Bistro ist gut, allerdings sind die Portionsgrößen teilweise (z.B. Parmigiana di melanzane) klein. Wir hatten Waschlappen für unseren Sohn im Bad zum trocknen aufgehängt. Diese hat die Putzfrau bei der Zimmerreinigung einfach mitgenommen.

La déco,l’ambiance,le spa…

Le restaurant à la carte…ce n’est vraiment pas bon. Nous étions 6 et tout le monde est d’accord. On a pourtant pris des plats différents mais c’était bien en dessous de ce que l’on pouvait espérer de votre établissement. La viande n’était vraiment pas bonne et les pizzas non plus.

Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e opções saudáveis. Decoração muito bonita e moderna. Vários espaços diferenciados de spa e piscina (inclusive para crianças). Espaço da restauração muito agradável com música ao vivo (2 opções de restaurante: à carta e menu degustação).

A localização fica um pouco isolada. Não tem acesso directo ao Lago di Garda. Excelente para quem pretenda aproveitar a natureza e relaxar.

Magnifique établissement dans les montagnes mais proche du lac de Garde. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. La vue de la piscine du roof top .. juste waouw. Repas gastronomique ou formule bistrot très sympa et économique. Upgrade malgré ma réservation de toute dernière minute.
