Nothing to like there

My experience at this property in Kathragama was extremely disappointing. Despite booking three AC rooms, the property was inaccessible due to narrow roads and lacked cleanliness in the surroundings. Upon arrival, the staff claimed they couldn't find my reservation and tried to upsell me to more expensive rooms. The owner's unprofessional demeanor and refusal to accommodate my booking were unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this property

The managing lady was very nice and helpful. always ready to answer any question and constantly checked up on our arrival time. Room was large and was clean. its a decent stop for a quick stay.

wash room/toilet was not well maintained nor cleaned properly. stains were found in sink and other general areas. the room had a very heavy musky smell which didnt go well. beds were very hard, A/C was very old and took an extra long time to cool. fan was available however you cannot control the speed of it. No proper bed linen and pillows were very unconfirmable

Room condition was good but needs to improve.

Need proper parking area because the surface was muddy. It was difficult to handle our luggage on the first floor. However, the room was good & needed to have a proper cloth rack/cupboard. The road was very small and a bit damp.
