Niezmiennie hotel ze wspaniałą obsługą pozwala odpocząć od zgiełku spraw. Wielokrotnie podkreślana przeze mnie lokalizacja, wyjątkowa uczta kulinarna dzięki szefowi kuchni oraz strefa spa.

The hotel looks very nice overall. Pretty designs and decorations. The receptionist was nice as she answered many of our questions and even helped when the television wasn’t working. The food at the hotel is yummy. There’s only one menu all day. The breakfast had many great options and beverages. The breakfast made the stay much better. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable.

We had a bad experience with the spa services. We came here specifically to use the spa and wanted to book a massage. I emailed the spa the morning of my arrival to make some massage reservation and did not receive any communication from them. When we got to the hotel, the spa did not have any time slots left that evening and only later in the afternoon the next day. The spa receptionist are the woman that provide the spa services. So if they’re with a client, no one is at the reception. The woman told us there aren’t many time slots available the next day because she’s the only one working. I understand we were there on a Monday night, however, people are coming to this place to use the spa. I’d think there would be a receptionist the entire time at the spa to book treatments and more people working there to accommodate all the guests. The indoor pool is nice and looks clean. However, when we went into the pool, the lights were off. I found the light switch and turned on all the lights myself. No staff was in the pool area. We were no robes available because they said laundry is being delivered the next day. The saunas are nice but I can’t imagine being in the rooms with more than one person because they’re small. WiFi only works well when in the hotel rooms. Doesn’t work great in restaurant nor outside. I was really upset about the spa situation given that it was the whole reason we went to this hotel.

The spa in the hotel was absolutely amazing. We also loved the steam room and sauna. The breakfast was great! I love Hotel Centuria and I'm looking forward to returning.

With the hot weather that happened that day, having no air conditioning was tough. The fan in the room was helpful, though. Also, the room had a slanted roof and it was awkward getting up from around the bed sometimes. Overall, no big complaints.
