"The check in was horrible as we had to pay extra for the booking which we had done beforehand."

There was no breakfast provided

We were forced to pay 1000 bucks extra during checking and the the rooms we booked were not available. The hotel people also complained about booking.com that its a scam and they take bookings for rooms which are unavailable.

"Not so good as per expected"

Food is good but don't try idli.

Room size is too small and Almira is not acceptable. Also room rent is very high.
