Sunset Bay View Phuket

Very friendly manager, good breakfast, great view, comfortable bed, quiet location, good value for money.

It's quiet location out of town is up a very long steep hill which means using taxis if you're not renting a scooter. The hotel is a bit dated and could do with some general maintenance.

The hotel was great value for money and in a fantastic view over Patong. The manager was a really nice guy too. Would highly recommend!

A bit older and dirtier than anticipated from pictures. Staff couldn’t care less about extremely loud groups of customers shouting nonstop after midnight

What a great place to stay, the staff there were always there to help or if you had a problem they would do there best to sort it out right away, ideal for those who are adventurous and location is up on a hill, so the views are amazing of the whole of Phuket, please don't be put off by being on a hill as there are plenty of motor scooters to rent, and a good taxi service is also good, nothing is to much trouble for the staff and I highly recommend this place, free wifi, and breakfast is also included. The location of the hotel is excellent, and as soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a peaceful atmosphere. Sitting by the pool is very enjoyable, and the rooms have a beautiful view. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well, and they are cleaned daily. Everything you might need is available in the room. Willie is very attentive and a genuinely nice person. You can trust him with anything, and he also speaks good English. Additionally, if you plan to rent a motorbike, you can rent it directly from the hotel—I did the same. I stayed at three different hotels in Thailand, but this was by far the best. I will definitely stay here again when I return.
