InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - Battlefield Blvd

The hotel was very clean with all amenities but staff is there after noon time and coming back from work the front desk was always close. I don’t think they have an overnight or even early morning which makes it an inconvenience

Room was clean and comfortable & a good value price-wise, Location offered good dining choices. TV viewing choices were also pretty good.

Hot water at the kitchen sink was only a trickle at best. Supposedly was checked by maintenance but no improvement was made.

No, breakfast was served.

Change out those old toilets. They are a problem.

Staff never answered or were ever available, room wasn’t clean and never was corrected

Nothing besides the idea of what it should be, because it’s horrible in almost every way.

I appreciate the staff and the guests. They create a family like atmosphere unlike a hotel. More like an apartment buillding. Really wonderful environment.

Beds were comfortable

Can only check in Monday thru Saturday 11sm to 7pm

I booked one week in advance they waited one hour before check in to let me know that they overbooked and I had to find somewhere else to stay.

Tara is very friendly and professional. I appreciate her kindness and attention to detail.

Location

The room was nasty, so had to clean it myself, way way too noisy at night, and customer service sucks here.
