"Good place near Patong Beach and Bangla Street."

Room has balcony

The reception open time is limited. If you arrive after 11pm, you have to use back door. During check in they did inform me that after 11pm or before 11am we have to use back door. Create confusion. Otherwise all OK.

"Calm yet close to everything, friendly, functional"

Very calm area, just in a nice street (not the party street) with decent shops and great restaurants, although very close to everything else. Staff very friendly and attentive, good food, restaurant entrance and also calm entrance from the other calm side of the street. Had fast wifi during all my stay (even when there were a few strong thunderstorms) and the workspace/reclining chair worked marvels for my sinister studying/workation plans.
