The breakfast was good, proximity to the laundry, and restaurant ; The blue temple is just 5 min away. The room was very clean. Really well priced for what you get, definitely recommend! Plus you get a view of the rice field aand the hosts are lovely! Thanks 🙏

Maybe the only thing I could say was the early morning noise from the room next to us during our last night.

I love it so much I extended the stay twice. The hosts are super helpful and attentive, going out of the way to help me.

The room was very clean and well appointed. Bed very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Room has a fridge, kettle and TV. WIFI was good as well. The breakfast is a buffet with fruit, toast, eggs, sausages, tea and coffee. It is a little way out of Chiang Rai centre so scooter/car is recommended. There are shops nearby on the main road. Nice quiet location as well. Recommend for singles/couples.

Very friendly staff, nice room with a lovely view. Great breakfast everyday. Peaceful location but not too far from conveniences or centre of town with a Grab.

Shower wasn’t very hot & there was loud bass music some nights coming from outside the property (not on the property) which played till late.

Clean Bedroom with large double bed. Little balcony with beautiful view on rice fields and mountains. Quite a few birds around. Not far from the town centre and attractions

Not enough shelves, drawers or cupboards in bathroom and bedroom. No table or desk either which would be a plus.

The lady staff during the day took an extra step in taking care of my elderly mother, which is a pleasant surprise. The owner was also kind for taking her time to take care of us while having breakfast.

A bit noisy early in the morning when other guests were checking out.

The owners / operators are absolutely warm, welcoming and friendly. They looked after us and our kids throughout the stay. They even lent us their bike to go to the nearby laundry to get the clothes sorted. We booked a chaufer driven car through them who took us on a day trip to the farther destinations. The breakfast was always fresh and the staff were always happy to serve.
