Play Poshtel & Cafe'

Play poshtel is an amazing hostel extra large beds super soft and very clean, wonderful staff and extremely helpful and friendly, the cook made delicious food always.

Everything , the hostel is super clean extremely helpful staff, close to transport and Khoa San Road, just a great location to stay

Nothing to dislike about hostel

The staff was exceptional. You couldn’t ask for a better staff. They went out of the way to make you feel comfortable and at home.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. It’s actually a very good location and you had many activities. Great hotel.

The property was great. The staff was great. The room was perfect. Nice size room for Thailand. It was a very nice hotel. Staff was really really perfect.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like

- The security/receptionist refused to help carrying heavy luggage upstairs, he barely lifted a supermarket bag. Was very rude with angry face and unsatisfied about any question I asked. No politeness, no thank you, nothing. His English was quite bad and he got annoyed every time I don’t understand him, can you imagine? - He did not understand where and how to find my booking for 15 minutes and eventually printed booking confirmation with the wrong name on it for completely random person - There’s no isolation: you can hear cars, people sneezing, shitting, watching TV, carrying luggage at 2am. Everything - The bed liner was fully covered in stains, towels as well, there’s black mold in the bathrooms and after walking for 5 minutes making tea my feet were black. Although I did not manage to drink my tea as I saw a dirty glass with someone’s lips and no spoon provided. On top of that add the refrigerator which is very loud and air conditioner which also smells like mold.
