Such a lovely hotel - the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, light and airy and really comfortable. The location is perfect, with just a very short walk to the central station. The breakfast is great; the 5-6 wine hour is a must. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I even got a fab welcome gift when I arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location , employees, breakfast

There is so much to like about this Hotel. The staff from reception, the breakfast people, the cleaners are all exceptional. The location is fantastic, close to the main train station and the walking street. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. The breakfast is lovely with so much to choose from. I loved the honesty box for drinks out of hours and the free drink between 17 and 18 o'clock. The fact that you can get free tea, coffee, water and fresh fruit at all times and occasional pastries left over from breakfast. If you are staying a short time and don't need your room cleaned, you can either choose a free drink from the Hotel across the road, a free bicycle ride or a packet of sweets which I think is a great idea. (You get a voucher.) There was lovely atmosphere in the evening when people returned from their evening meal, either chatting, having a drink or playing boardgames or cards. It is all the little things that makes a stay in a Hotel magical.

The shower in room 92 splashes all over the floor making it soaking wet when you shower, especially when washing your hair. It doesn't matter how careful you try to be, the water when it hits you and the glass screen, splashes on to the floor which I think is because the screen is too short. The bathmat gets so wet, you have to wring it out and leave in the bath as it drips everywhere. I think you really need to sort this as it may destroy the bathroom long term. Sorry.
