Breakfast was good but I thought that was included but I paid

I would have liked a TV in the room

This was a family get away. Loved the amount of room in the suite which allowed us room to gather.

Restaurant couldn't handle 11 even though we had made reservations. Some were finished their meals before others even got theirs.

This was for a family gathering. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment & 4 hotel rooms. The apartment that we rented was a perfect size for us all to get together & celebrate.

Sign in codes were supposed to be sent to us, but weren't for the 1st ones of us that arrived. Then the ones they did send were wrong. Luckily the staff was available & very pleasantly helped us get access to our rooms.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, beautiful lake view.

Not staffed 24/7, had to wait till the morning to ask for missing items.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Misleading room description. We booked a "standard queen" and was expecting a queen size bed, like anywhere else that uses a similar descriptive term. The bed, though, was a double, which was disappointing.
