Location, friendly staff, good value

Needs some renovations, it’s getting a little tired.

Wild and really amazing location. Getting there takes time but it’s worth it. Great place for families with young kids. Facilities basic but adequate. Rooms tiny and decor “tired”. Could do with a “work over”. News years eve was a blast and DJ’s choice of music was perfect.

Facilities are nice and the place really works for families with nice spaces for parents and for kids. You can really “chill-out” with your children well cared for in a really safe space. BUT everything looks dated and jaded and “tired” and really needs a makeover.

The staff were really nice. The location is good. Lovely beach.

Didn’t like the accommodation. Very tatty. Bed very small. (Double). Buffet dinner and restaurant was like being in a canteen. WiFi almost non existent. Very expensive for what we paid. And obviously as international guests we pay a lot more than South Africans.

Relaxed ambiance. Easy access to the ocean, lagoon and trails.

Kids activities were on point, food was scrumptious, staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely walks to the beach.

Rooms in need of refurbishment & deep cleaning. Navy towels in a hotel speaks volumes.

In the heart of the community. Great hospitality

Roads leading up there are horrid. Facilities are terribly outdated for the value of money.

Property is in good location for proximity to ferry and beach. Friendly bar staff at the bar.

The property misold us a 2 bedroom suite and instead only gave us a standard double bedroom. The property refused to refund or compensate despite having the booking.com booking. The accommodation was by far the most expensive nightly rate in our entire SA trip (including safari) but did not reflect anywhere near the value. The rooms were very basic, windows didn’t close properly, bathroom dirty and rundown, beds poor quality.
