"Nice Food and Friendly Staff"

Very friendly and welcoming staff - Meals were very good and abundant - Gardens throughout the complex were well maintained and beautiful

Accommodation does need an upgrade and better maintenance (e.g bathroom light cover was missing and bulb was exposed; paving throughout the complex needs a lot of repair; roofs are rusted in places etc)

"Awesome getaway"

The place is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the playground and going to the beach. And the food, oow my word mouth watering. Ooh not forgetting that we met Mpho Pops.

"Peacefull and Enjoyable"

Breakfast and dinner was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. The place and the location are amazing

Not that much to do for my 8 year old daughter. Wished there was some options for kids food at dinner or that one can make a request for something simple for them to eat, for example Chicken nuggets

The staff created a lovely friendly environment and were always available to assist with any request. The singing at the Saturday dinner was the cherry on top!

The road when taking the route from East London needs some maintenance but definitely manageable by car

We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, walks to the beach, the Wreck room for the children, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable.

Location, cleanliness of rooms, very welcoming/helpful receptionist, cocktail menu. Great sea food buffet

Delivery of service by staff, not any smiles, felt like we were hindrance. After giving notice of a vegan in party and being reassured he would be catered for, we had to push for a decent dinner for him and no provision was made for him at breakfast. No guest information, milk or sweetener in the rooms to go with the 1 tea bag per guest, powdered milk for the coffee was available
