Couldnt fault a single part of our stay

Nice grounds and surrounding area. Room was clean.

The room was quite small. No fridge or complementary water. Only two bath towels and one hand towel provided, normally there’s an extra towel or two - which I need for my hair. Bathroom was basic, no shelf or anywhere to put toiletries, shower took ages to heat up then was hard to maintain a steady temperature.

not much , quiz guy was very good but bar staff not friendly.

We had a very bad stay . Didn’t sleep all night due to car alarms going off , fire works , cars engines getting revved up at 2am . Terrible stay .

Staff on reception make you feel like an inconvenience No manners or interest rooms very poor No detail on WiFi food breakfast etc Cold dated rooms In much need if maintenance Even car park is poorly set out Bath has plug that does not fit Shower is pathetic Tap is loose handles are loose bed is awful and pillows a joke

We booked a lovely lunch in the restaurant. Had 3 rooms booked for overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely, and spotless. Beautiful breakfast in the morning.

Wasn't keen on the windy staircase up to the family room, but we managed it. On of my friends had 2 knee replacements and couldn't step into the bath to use the shower.

The hotel is great, we were at a wedding, food was fab. No negatives.
