Dalziel Park Hotel

The woodland setting was so pretty. The layout of the hotel was excellent…it was also,immaculate in every area.

There was absolutely nothing about this property that was not excellent. We have stayed here several times for various functions and our stay was always excellent.

Room smaller than expected but spotless and comfortable.

Room was spotless and very comfortable with a lovely view over the golf course.

Location was good. Room was terrible. Needed a good rest as staying to attend a funeral and endured a long drive on day of arrival and long next day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room had good shower room and breakfast was good.

Room was too small. Mattress on bed was unbelievably bad. Sunk in at headboard end and was so soft it had no support. Outside window there was a ventilation fan Which hummed all night and staff we presume had there breaks nearby which could be heard all night. With window closed room was too warm and stuffy although there was a fan available but couldn’t leave it on as we needed to sleep. Overall worst nights sleep ever and as we were attending a funeral next day wasn’t what we needed. Overall very bad stay.
