What we loved was the location and the lavishly furnished rooms. The staff/ladies were great, very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the balcony beautiful. Privacy guaranteed!

Just one thing: some staff members should learn English, at least some basics, so that we could finish paperwork or arrangement quickly.

Great location, very close to the bus station and taxis, close to the lake and COOP, Tempo, lavishly furnished. The rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful. And my room had an amazing exit to the balcony, which was probably for the guests who smoke or want to soak up the sun :-).

Lighting and the steps! I think it would help to attract foreign customers if the staff spoke English or any other foreign language. However, it does not deduct from their being extremely professional and helpful. The ladies were amazing trying to meet our needs!

BE CAREFUL ! This is definitely not a 4 star hotel ! Slovaks must have different hotel scale where there are 10 stars maximum and then this 4 star hotel fits this scale as a 4 star hotel. Room is very close to the road where cars are so loud that you can not sleep all night. Next building to the „hotel” is a place where there is pigeons farm and there is such a odour/stink that you can't stand when the windows are open but there is no air conditioning so in summer you can suffocate or sit in this odour Apart from these bloody pigeons the are also chickens next to the hotel so another odour plus a rooster crowing from 3:30 in the morning every 10 minutes until around 8-9 am Whole bloody night sleepless That’s a 4 star hotel in Slovakia…

smell from Road NO Air Condition we had to open windows and DIESEL plus Petrol fly from window to our room it was HOT outside 30C+ and no air-condition .... so I slept in a hot room ....as opening windows was a bad idea ....
