Super nettes Personal und immer freundlich. Die Lage ist optimal. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Location was very good, right in the centre of the town It was clean and very tidy Room was ready early approx 11:30am so we could check in early .. this was great Staff were trying to be helpful but limited English Breakfast was ok … basic

Hard to communicate with the staff and reception was not maned all the time so we would get conflicting responses to our questions Our fridge didn’t work in our room as was told it would take 2 weeks to repair.. no offer to replace it with another or change to another room We had trouble getting the winter card (free transport) from them due to communication issues and needed to remind them several times before it was emailed We checked out early, but were unable to pay as the lady could not speak any English so we were unable to settle our account.

The hotel was renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. We did not mind that there was no elevator because the stairs are wide and easy to climb even with luggage. The room was more spacious than expected and both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable. We also really liked the dining room, very nicely furnished and decorated. The best part of breakfast were definitely the still warm bread rolls.

The selection at the breakfast buffet could use some more variety, especially if you like a sweet breakfast. We also found it strange that the hotel had Christmas lights on the outside (we stayed between Christmas and New Year's Eve) but they were not lit.

Hotel uprostred mesta, keďže pobyt bol počas vianočných trhov, stánky ihneď pri hotely. Personál prívetivý. Len parkovanie v tomto case riešené mimo hotela na parkovisku vzdialenom cca 300m,ale v pohode.

dasHotel hat eine sehr gute Lage das Personal (Rezeption) besonders zuvorkommend. Zimmern waren Top und das Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Ein Hotel das wir sicher wieder Buchen werden und Empfehlen können.
